Add some FUN to your life! This will increase happiness chemicals in your brain such as serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin.
Spend a minimum of 15 minutes every day doing something fun. It can be watching a comedy, playing with a child or pet, whatever is fun for you. This is not a quick fix. It takes weeks and months to see changes.
